our stay at the beach resort in laganas was absolutely perfect. the 5* hotel exceeded our expectations with its beautiful main building, easy beach access, and friendly and attentive staff. we enjoyed the spa, games room, and the delicious buffet food. overall, it was a fantastic experience.

I was delighted with the charming Mediterranean-style decor throughout the hotel. The vibrant colors and traditional touches created a cozy and welcoming ambiance. The general areas were well-maintained and easily accessible for senior people like myself. The spacious hallways and comfortable seating areas provided ample space to relax and enjoy the beautiful views.

The only thing I would ask for a better vacation experience for senior people is improved assistance from the staff. It would have been wonderful if the children working there could be more attentive and considerate towards the needs of older guests.

The location of the hotel was great, with easy access to restaurants and bars, as well as the beach. The breakfast buffet had a nice variety of options, including fresh fruit and pastries. the staff was friendly and helpful when it came to recommending local attractions.

The room was a bit outdated and the air conditioning struggled to keep up with the heat. The noise from outside of the hotel, particularly at night, could be loud and disruptive.

My stay was a blast! Right at the beach, clean facilities, polite staff, and excellent breakfast. The hotel location in an area that doesn't feel like a club 18-30 resort on such a beautiful island was a real plus.

Spending Christmas at this beachside hotel was wonderful! The festive atmosphere was everywhere- decorations, music, and a special Christmas menu. The well-equipped gym and spa provided a perfect balance to the delicious food, and it was especially nice to be able to stroll along the beach after meals. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making us feel right at home.

The quality of the food could have been better, with the same limited selection being served every day. Also, the rooms could have been cleaner, and we had to request additional towels as the ones provided were old and thin. The location was superb, but the noise level from adjacent rooms was sometimes a bit too much. Despite these small issues, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel for a relaxing Christmas getaway.
